we are in Bridgeport at Lake Miona and our power went out....it is back on now.

What a coincidence.....we were at a dinner party last night when the subject of electricity came up and I said we have been here over 8 years and have never had one minute of power outage. I was hit by 20 flying shoes and a chorus of "don't say that".....I also got several phone calls this evening for thanking me for the power outage!!!!!!

btk

I will never make any type of statement like that again

Default Lynnhaven-- power went out about 6:00 p.m.

I went to pick up some dinner at the Super Walmart on CR466 and all the lights from Belvedere to WalMart on CR466 were out and had police officers directing traffic.

On the way back the officers were gone but the lights were in yellow light on CR466 and red flashing on side streets.

Power came back on about 7:05 p.m.

All the restaurants on the north side of CR466 seemed to have electricity going from Southern Trace Shopping Center west of CR466.

It really doesn't make any difference. I have been here 12 years tonight was the second time the lights went out. We will probably find that a squirrel landed on a transformer.................and now is in squirrel heaven.

Default Power outage

We live in Amelia on Banberry. The south side of our street and neighbors on the street behind us (possibly areas further south as well, we didn't find out for sure) were without power last evening. However, there was still power on the north side of the street! First time in the almost 5 years we've lived here there has been a power outage.

My husband and I were just telling his Dad how we never lose power here! LOL! It was only out for an hour....YEA SECO...job well done.

There was a short article in the Daily Sun on page A-5. A electrical box caught fire over near Churchill Downs.
