Need help ASAP
without divulging too much here, I think my great Aunt is being swindled out of money, home and future.I need help with Elder Law person and I am beyond confused.
Can anyone give me input. Suffice to say that documents have been drawn up, etc.... all behind the backs of her family... who love her. Its not $$ that i am interested in, it is HER future. She needs help and can't see the forest for the trees. There appears to be an element of fear involved. THANK YOU. |

Is she mentally competant? That makes a difference. You need to talk to a lawyer who specializes in elder law, not just any attorney.
