A few items have been raised on TOTV.
I don't think the first item will be an issue. Do you?

I don't think the first item is a factor as TOTV is a great forum to get information on where to go to get services needed. I also feel that I have made a few friends so starting over will not be a big problem for me.
As with any new adventure, it will be a challenge to get everything the way you like, to feel totally comfortable.

I will be more concerned with the last item as I want to party hardy and I will be spending a lot of money. So many things to do and places to go. Of course, a lot of activities are covered in the amenity fee.

As a wannabee, I just need to be in TV as it's just as expensive, if not more, to live in the northeast.

As usual, yahoo finance states the generic choices on things one should do. Some choices some must do and some is in the gray area about what age someone is to retire at. Everyone has to decide for themselves what is best for them.
