Both Walmart (466) and Tire Kingdom by Golden Coral sell and install them and they are golf card accesible. I got mine at tire kingdom and got a good price.

Used but lots of life left, most nearly new tires and wheels on Rolling Acres Road where The Villages does their rebuilds. These tires are takeoffs. Last ones I bought there were $20 each

I get my tires at Steve's Golf Carts, 4655 SE 166th Street, Summerfield (two for $20). They'll fill them up with air so all you have to do is put them on your cart and take old tires to Wal-Mart for disposal. If you don't want to install yourself, Wal-Mart will do it for about $20, including disposal of old tires.
