Smile Courtyard Bungalow vs cottage home models?

I am interested in knowing if the courtyard bungalow, with the fencing all around is prohibitive to any breeze? It might seem to me, that the combination of where the bungalow faces sun and the fencing all around the unit may add to heat outside? I like the privacy aspect of the courtyard bungalow. The other model i like is the cottage home. I want to buy next year, and am torn on what model to choose of these 2. Any feedback from current owners is greatly appreciated.

Im sitting in my dining room right now with absolutely the nicest breeze coming through the dining room slide. I couldnt be happier with my CYV. My dogs love it too!!

It only stands to reason that the breeze will be reduced with a 6' barrier, as the above poster said they get the breeze but it can not be the same as not having a fence.

As far as staying cool or warm look at the direction of the sun in selecting a lot/home.

We love our Seabreeze Cottage home - plenty of air and open views. Pets would probably be easier in a CYVthough.

Nope....lots of windows and doors. Great cross ventilation. Very comfortable in CYV.
