I've researched this site for experiences with Broward Factory appliance maintenance, but most of the posts were several years old. Have you had or heard of anyone's experience?

I have Broward and I lvoe them. Recently our AC went out on a Friday night. Their emergency number called me back right away. Unfortunately he could not come out at 8pm so at 9 am Saturday he was there and the AC was fixed! And no charge!

Our one experience with Broward was also positive. They came 10 minutes after we called and fixed our AC.
