Default Renting CYV?

Considering purchasing a CYV and becoming a snowbird.
My question is how many months can I realistically expect to rent the CYV?
Especially if we will be occupying it during Jan, Feb, March.
Thanks.

Mostly none....but April and May and Oct, Nov and Dec is all possibilities but at a much reduced rate...If you accept pets and kids you will have a much more chance of rentals and if you accept weekly rates there is even more possibilities...

Consider using the Villages service that rents to life style visitors.

Thanks.
After seven years of renting experience, I completely disagree with the above posts. I'll send you a PM to show you how things work very differently...
