Talking Gardening instead of Landscaping in TV

Seems to me, that it would be nice to have a seperate thread for just Gardening, so we don't have to see, day in and day out, someone telling us who the best Landscapers are. I've seen more postings, on who the best Landscapers are, but less information on how to take care of those plants etc, after they are planted. I'm sure people out there have plenty of information to share!! Or maybe it's just me, and I'm sorry .

I agree. I have had some beautiful landscaping done by professionals. However, no long term care instructions were included. In addition, I would like to add a few simple touches of my own but the season here is so different from NY not to mention the soil. Gardening tips and suggestions would be great.

Default butterfly and flower gardening

I also agree.....it seems that the landscaping thread is mostly recommendations for landscapers and companies dealing with installation of landscape.

I am putting in a butterfly garden.....I would like to have a separate thread for vegetable and flower gardening.....ideas, what worked and what didn't work, etc.
