Default Jack Kraft. Obituary from the Villages Daily Sun.

Jack Kraft - The Villages Daily Sun: Obituaries

Mr. Jack Kraft was a big pat of the Villages Computer Club (VCC) which I went to for a few years. I learned about TOTV when Talk Host visited a meeting of the VCC in July 2007 to describe his vision of Talk of the Villages.

To me, Jack WAS the Computer Club. A nice guy and a Mac guy well before it was fashionable to be a Mac guy !

I never met Jack in person but I talked to him on the phone once and he was very helpful to me as I was looking for some information about computers. I always intended to go to computer club meetings but never got around to it.

When I saw his name in the obituary it rang a bell but it took me a few minutes to realize who it was.

He and I arrived in The Villages in 1998 and I met him shortly thereafter. Never became friends, perse, but he helped me a number of times on the phone as I am a stupid computer user. He also introduced me early on to the Computer club, which has been such a help to so many !!!
