I've been looking for some new cookware for about two years. My biggest problem is I'm fussy. I've been looking for good quality stainless steel but not a whole set. I've been looking for a 1 quart, 2 quart and 3 quart pan (open stock).

Well, this morning, Black Friday, I found it. After going to Belk, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target and Wallmart, I found it at, of all places, T.J. Maxx. The brand name: Cuisinart.

My Persistence finally paid off.

I picked up a nice Citizen's watch that I have had my eye on at Kohl's which was on sale, added in another 15% discount and a $10 card they gave me in the mail, and they even were kind of enough to give me a bunch of Kohl's bucks to boot! An unexpected but nice purchase! :-)
