Arnold Palmer is 6-7 years old at most and for the last couple of weeks crews have been replacing the roofing material on all the buildings.

Commercial entities one would expect 20 + + + years. I suppose it could be a defective product replacement

Anybody know why they are replacing the roof on these buildings?

Actually, Palmer opened in December 2003. Nine years does seem to be a short time for a roof replacement.
