Attention Owners (and potential renters):

My tenants for Dec 2012 & Jan 2013 don't need my cart (they ride bikes), so my nice, 2-seat elec cart is avail for $275/mo (as opposed to the $350+/mo The Villages charges) if any owner or tenant would like to rent out. Take both months for $250 each. Eight brand new batteries just put in by Battery Boys in Oct.

My folks live in Villages. Easy pick-up at their home or a direct delivery by my stepdad can possibly be arranged for just $15.
