Default Gas Cart

The three MFG of gas carts - Club Car, Yamaha & EZGO all produce a good cart and it just depends on the dealer that produces the best build out for The Villages for you.

Your choices are new, remands, or used. Make sure your cart is properly equipped for TV. You will need high speed gears to properly manage your speed on our cart paths without over revving your engine.
You should consider a speedometer to manage the throttle. Just keep in mind that "GOLF CARTS" are manufactured first for the purpose of operating on a golf course at speeds of not more than 14 MPH and it is up to the dealer to upgrade them for the allowable villages speeds. Now coming from an electric cart there are some differences you should expect of gas, noise, smell and a not as smooth operation.

Most people get accustomed to these conditions and some will not tolerate and are unhappy, the choose is yours and individual good luck.

Default Gas Cart

It all comes down to dealer, price and warranty.

As you may know we are a local dealer ourselves and prefer not to make dealer recommendation(s) that could be a conflict.

Good luck, happy new year, stop in next year for more discussion.
