Default Palmetto greens

Wow. Played the new Palmetto course and, although it has been open only a week, the greens are in the worst shape of any of the executive courses we have played. The amount of unrepaired divots are ruining the course. I have just never seen so many. I wonder why this particular course is in such bad shape. Such a shame. What a great course.

New greens need a little TLC in the beginning! Repair your ball marks and divots please.

Poor greens. Bad time of the year for them and soon they will be abused by a bunch of new and not properly trained golfers. I always try to repair divots.

I think the courses are amazing given the amount of play they see daily.

I just haven't seen any other course look like Palmetto - and it has only been open a week.
It was really extraordinary.

I played the course before the official opening and the greens were very soft. I, too, was appalled at the number of ball marks left unrepaired. We were the only players on the course that day, so these were left from prior days. Many of the marks were deep and the ball could not have finished very far from impact. I don't understand how someone who considers themselves a golfer can walk away from such a ball mark without attempting some sort of repair.
