Default MVP Fitness to Brownwood and other new stuff

In today's Daily Sun, Classified Section, Legal Notices..... there was a notice about MVP Fitness going into Brownwood in the Reyes building. This is the area where they approve surface water management plans so it is in the very early stages of approvals.

Also, they had a notice about a Villages Health Center going into Pinellas Plaza....which will be the shopping area near the Sumter County annex/gold dome/library...also the area where the next Publix is supposed to go in early 2014.

Finally, noticed a huge building going in across from the new Fire Station on Buena Vista near Brownwood....guess that will be the next Regional Rec Center.

2013 will no doubt be another year of new construction and steady expansion in TV.

The Center you mentioned is the Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center. There's also supposed to be a Villages Health Care Center at or near Brownwood too as well as at Morse & Rt 44, probably after Morse is completed to that point!

Looking at the Construction Update in Saturday's Daily Sun, I don't think it's the Eisenhower Regional Rec Center. In fact, the Construction Update has never reported anything which indicates that construction has begun on the Eisenhower Regional Rec Center.

This seems to be strange because that building doesn't appear to be anywhere in the Construction Update. Hmmmm.

Champ.... I have an older one page full Villages map and it does show a Regional Rec Center slated for the area across from the firehouse. You are right...it is not in the construction update in the paper.

Sky may be correct that it will be "Eisenhower" ... I recall they planned to do a military themed regional center. There is one additional regional rec center slated at the end of Morse Blvd where it will intersect with Rt 44.....that'll be a few years.

The additional Regional Recreation Center you're referring to above is called Cypress Glen, unless plans change by the time they get that far!

Such great news about the gym. It is a long way to Spanish Spring by golf cart from Fernandina. Thanks, you made my day.

All I can say is WOW! We just moved into our new house in Sanibel in June and we are just amazed at the construction going on south of us!
