Default Villages Delivery & Texas Stockyard BBQ

We didn't feel like cooking tonight...didn't feel like standing
in line at a restaurant so...we ordered in.

We called Villages Delivery who placed our order for us at
Texas Stockyard BBQ. Villages Delivery picked up the order
and delivered it to us right on time 6:00pm. They only charged
us $ 7.50 because the order was under $ 50.00 otherwise it is
a $ 5.00 delivery charge. Of course, we also tipped the driver.

So....we cracked open a nice bottle of wine, lit some candles
and played some soft music. It was wonderful!!!

It was the first time we had tried Villages Delivery or Texas
Stockyard BBQ. Both were terrific services. The ribs were
falling off the bone. My husband says they are the absolute
best ribs this side of Texas. Since he is a native Texan I
guess he should know about these things!

We would definitely do this again!

Default Texas BBQ

My wife, sister in law & I went to The Texas BBQ tonite. We got there @ about 5:45 & were out of there in 45 min. GREAT service.
Ribs fell off the bone & I think it is a tad better than Oakwood's ribs.

You are so welcome. Happy to share this little gem with y'all.
We are now checking out the menus for the other village restaurants
to see where we will order from next.

Did you notice that there are currently a dozen different restaurants you can order from completely online?

Village Dining Delivery - Includes both online and call in ordering

We used Villages Delivery after a long trip on the auto train from NJ. Did we really want to go grocery shopping after coming home? So prior to our 10 day trip we arranged to have groceries delivered to our home that day of arrival. Do you know they even e-mailed me while I was away if there were any additions. They arrived on time and we had fresh food for that night and milk for my coffe in the morning. Absolute wonderful service.

I'm excited to hear this. Why didnt we think of this sooner. After long exhausting trips getting home late. Who wants to cook? Most of all who feels like messing up the kitchen? Thanks for reminding us of these delivery services.
