Default Power Failure in Summerhill

Anybody know why we had a power failure (off, on, off,on repeatedly before finally off). It is back on now at 7:10.

we live in Summerhill, no problems with power going out. I did hear sreetching of tires and emergency vehicles about an hour ago. that was shortly after some new friends told us to drive carefully in our golf cart.

We were at fresh market and all lights went out from 101 to Wal-Mart, street lights and stores.

We were at NYPD Pizza, everything out at that end. Paid our bill only with cash with the help of the emergency lights and flashlights from cell phones. At least we were able to finish our food. Felt bad for the help.
