Default Service for Yamaha Colf Cart

Looking for authorized Yamaha service for repairs. I know that the Village Golf Cart is an authorized Yamaha Dealer but I was hoping to find someone else. Has anyone heard of Steve's Golf Cart Repair and is he an authorized Yamaha repair service center? I have an oil leak and I took my cart to The Tire Choice and they said because leak is from engine cover seal they couldn't fix it and that I had to take it to an authorized Yamaha Dealer.

Curious...why not Villages ? Pickup, dropoff, quick service, quality work.

The Villages Golf Car stores and Carts & Clubs in Ocala are the only factory authorized Yamaha golf cart dealers in the area.

You don't think this Steve's is a authorized Yamaha service dealer?

Give this link a whirl - enter your TV zip code and the two area dealers will pop up along with several others in FL. Not Steve's:

Yamaha Golf-Car Company | Dealer & Distributor Locator

He might be a Yamaha mechanic and he very well could be an excellent one who is very competent. Could have very well have worked previously as a service tech at an authorized Yamaha dealer. But I don't believe Yamaha considers a business to be "authorized" by them unless it's a full-line business that sells their products as well as. JMHO
