Default Flooring in New Home Model tours

Viewing the model tours for Designer homes, i have seen a wood flooring in the great room/living area. The flooring appears to be a dark wood grain and a fairly wide plank design.
Can you help me identify what type of flooring was used?

There are a number of choices in hardwood.

I believe this is Brazilian Cherry.

Thanks Gracie.
Do you believe this is "engineered wood" rather than Laminate?

Thank you for the suggestion, but we do not have a sales rep as we are homeowners.

If you call home warranty and give them an address, they can tell you what has been put in the home.

Jimbo.

We are all waiting for your big reveal of your done by yourself sustainable Bamboo flooring. We saw one picture that was amazing and now waiting to see the couch on it.

I think that anyone who can do that kind of very challenging project is amazing.
