Default Course Architects

I came across an out of print book called Public Access Golf in Central Florida. It was interesting to look through all the listings as this was published in 2000. For TV it had Orange Blossom Hills, Tierra del Sol, Hacienda Hills, and Glenview which had their first two nines open. It was also interesting to see the designing architects for the courses. Villages courses are designed by Clifton, Ezell, and Clifton. Continental and Miona Lake were done by Ron Garl , who has done lots of international projects. Stonecrest was done by Steve Nugent.
Ron Garl and the CEC group have websites at [url=http://www.cecgolfdesign.com] and [url=http://www.rongarl.com. Fun to learn some of the golf history of the area.

A couple of years ago I met Ken Ezell who is the Golf Course Architect of The Villages. Needless to say I was very impressed with him. I was at the Orlando airport picking up a friend and a Ken Ezell saw my Villages logo on my shirt and he introduced himself. I am glad I met him we had a nice conservation while we were waiting on the baggage.

Check out the link below and you will find some of what is stated interesting.
