I am a "snowbird" suffering from the reoccurance of a heel spur. The initial spur, removed 2 years ago, was cutting my achilles tendon and no doubt this one is too. The second one is actually worse than the first. Can anyone recommed a good Podiatrist locally? I do have a lead on one here in The Villages, but was hoping for at least another recommendation.

I also recommend Tri County Podiatry. I saw Dr. Felix Esarey and also heard that Dr. Johnny Wu was highly praised. Their number is 352 259-1919. I have talked to others who have been happy with both of these Doctors.
