Default Thinking about using m&s air conditioning

It may be just my personal opinion after paying $5000 plus for their Mitsubishi AC/Heat pump for my Lanai that maybe M&S is growing a bit too big for their britches, but when you have two major things go wrong from a customer service point of view, maybe you might want to look elsewhere for another firm.

We had them install what seemed to be a really nice unit for 5K, and for the first 30 days, the freon kept leaking out of the unit because it was installed poorly. Yeah, they finally got it fixed ok, and has been working, but now when it comes to their keeping appointments with their customers they act more like a "bad doctor." They made an appointment for Friday for us to be home between 8-10am, and I gave up a allergy appointment in Clermont for them to do so. I not only called their Administrator at 8am to find out when they'd arrive and he said, "you are first on their list and should be there any minute." TWO HOURS LATER, and they never showed at all. I called them at 10:10am and asked why they had never showed up and the Administrator for M&S AC said, they show they where there....and I said, "well bud, I've been here waiting since 8am and they never came at all."
Sounds like either the maintenance man lied to the Administrator, or the Administrator is simply covering his tracts, but I simply say this to all of you if you are thinking about using "M&S Air Conditioning for a unit or for service based on "my own personal experience with them to date..."you might just want to research some other firms out there that KEEP THEIR COMMITMENTS AND PROMISES to customers. To date, they have not even bothered to say they were sorry, or called to reschedule their own missed appointment. THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT A CONTRACTOR.
