Not sure if this area of the Talk of the Villages is where I should post this, but here goes. Does anyone currently own a Honda Pilot and do you have any pro's and con's about this model car you can share with me?

Don't currently own one, but I did a few years ago. Don't think it has changed much since then. I had the all wheel drive version. We loved it. It was very reliable and versatile. I recommend it highly, if that is the type of vehicle that you need.

Ours is just coming up on 10 years old so it's just starting to get broken in. No major problems.

I have a Honda Pilot. A 2011. I love it...it's big but drives more like a car than an SUV. I used to own a Toyota Sequoia. I bought that vehicle when it first came out and literally drove it into to the ground. Loved it so much I bought another one (a 2010). But by 2010 they had changed they vehicle...mainly, it was bigger and was higher off the ground. I HATED IT. That's when I started looking around and found the Pilot. Feel very safe in it. But it is an SUV and a people-hauler...am wondering if we really need now that we are moving to The Villages this summer. But I lost so much money on that darn Sequoia I can't bear to trade in the Pilot...
We got the Touring edition so it has leather seats, navigation, and electronic back gate door. About 21 miles to the gallon overall. |
