Thanks Tal for posting this. I hope i don't have to ever deal with this but it's good to know especially for us who don't swim very well. The main thing is to not panic.

Thanks Tal, when I lived in So Fla the paper was always reporting cars going into canals. I have a small neon gadget that has a hammer on one end which is supposed to shatter a window and a razor (protected) on the other end to cut a seat belt. I keep it in the console of the car and hopefully I never have to use it.
