Thumbs up acupuncture

I managed to get a knee injury last Friday, I was not walking hardly, Iced it over the weekend, yesterday I went to Dr. Cheshire,
at 910 Old Camp Road, Suite 164 (behind Sweet Bay) 352.430.2720

Nice guy, gave me a lot relief, never had acupuncture before very interesting about 20 needles, never felt them, walked out of the office, 85% better.

This morning feels better.

He does a free consult, the treatments are $40, not covered by my insurance unfortunately.

Going back in few days for another treatment

It works!

I also had great results with Dr. Cheshire, acupuncture does work!

I had acupuncture to assist in smoking cessation - that was almost 14 years ago and have been smoke free since that time. I must admit that I was a skeptic prior to that experience.

Acupuncture works best on muscle injuries. If you have structural problem with your back or joints, ligament tears, etc., the relief will be temporary. I have been a long distance runner for more than 30 years and, over time, have found that most injuries will heal with rest and light exercise.
