Accessing Golf Courses

Just curious, I see there are many "championship" golf courses in or around TV.

Can these all be accessed without a street legal golf cart?

Not up there yet, bt plan to be soon!

All the villages championship courses are accessible by cart.

Car, cart makes no diff except of course off campus that 's by car.
