Do any of the Villas being sold (pre-owned) come with extended or 2 car plus golf cart garages? I am looking to buy but may have to rule out Villas if I can not find a larger garage than one car plus golf cart.

I have seen golf cart garages added on to CYVs , that is always an option.

There are some CYVs with 2 car garages, but I bet they are hard to find...best option is to get in touch with a sales agent and have them be on the lookout for when one just hits the market. They will sell fast!

they are few and far between....best bet is a sales rep two came on the market and were gone in two days

I actually looked at two last oct. I'm kicking myself for not grabbing one. Haven't seen another since.
