We will be closing on a patio villa in Lynnhaven/Swainwood Villas at the end of May.We will be snowbirds and be in TV Sept and Oct and then Jan,Feb and March.We have a lot of questions about contractors and services but want to tackle home watch and lawn service first.
We are looking for advice on home watch and lawn service in the Lynnhaven area.What contractors are folks using and what are the costs?

I use "At your Service" for home watch. I have found them to be extremely efficient and professional. They both live in the Villages and I highly recommend them.

We also use them and are completely satisfied. Excellent communication once a week via email.

I just found out that the home has a termite bond from Superior that will transfer to me.Seems like Superior provides all the services except grass cutting and trimming.
Is Superior a good company?

I live in swainwood and pay $35 a month for mow and weeding spray. Small company bit so far reliable. THG services. Good luck!

The ONLY home watch service we would use because we've used this service for years, resident, dependable, honest and reasonable. Name: Kerri at 352 445 1857.

As to Lawn Care - we've used 5 or 6 of them - expensive and don't do a great job. We are now using Fernview Farms, most reasonable for mowing, trimming, and week control. Their number is: 352 245 7905 (Sandy). Mallory Voice:

We use Charlene, the Village sitter. Couldn't be happier. She sends (email) pics of anything out of place and a monthly check off list, we have found her very reliable. We also like the fact that she is insured and bonded. 352-633-5063
