Default Hip surgeon

Has anyone had Dr. Olliverre do a hip replacement for them. Good the bad about it any complications etc. Thanks

My father, a very healthy (79) year old...Died from a Blood Clot 15 days out after Dr.Olliverre did hip surgery.
His protocol initially is only aspirin. Obviously, Dr. Olliverre is not aggressive with after care and unfortunately I lost my father 15 days out from his surgery. Dr. Olliverre had little to say as well after this happened. My father was on no meds, He was very healthy and active in sports- this was his first surgery ever!
My heart regrets the day we decided to allow Dr. Olliverre to be his surgeon.

It's hard to know how to comment but I can feel your pain. Am so sorry that happened to your dad. It pays to know, if you can, about the skill of the surgeon. You'd think that blood thinners would be routinely administered after a hip or knee replacement.
