Default Florida Water Works

I have received in the mail a notice from the Florida Water Works that states "it is recommended by Florida Water Works that all floridians have their water tested on a regular basis, etc..etc...etc. I just wanted to let my friends on TOTV know that their is an alert from the better business bureau concerning this company based on a pattern of high pressure and deceptive sales practices, not responding to customer complaints, and failure to issue refunds.

Has anyone had a large water bill for the last couple of months that they can not explain?
