Default Lifestyle Visit Question

I may take a LSV in October. I have an agent assigned to me (I met him on my first visit to TV). Since I have rented in TV a few times since 2011, I don't feel I need an extensive guided tour of TV by the agent.

On LSV's do agents expect visitors to spend a lot of time touring homes with them, or is up to the visitor to determine how much time the visitor wants to spend touring homes versus doing other things? I enjoy touring homes, and I have attended quite a few open houses on previous visits to TV, but I don't want to spend 2 or 3 hours every day during the LSV looking at homes. Just wondering what other people's experiences have been on LSV's.

It's entirely up to you, see a lot of houses or no houses. You are the boss and the Realtor will do whatever you want. No pressure what so ever. Just another unbelievable part of the villages.

I attended a Life Style trip in March of this year and spent one afternoon (about 3 hours) looking at homes with the real estate agent. I identified and narrowed my choices for a follow-up visit scheduled a couple days later. The Real Estate agent was very understanding and accommodated my wishes. In summary you dictate and they will comply without any pressure whatsoever. Enjoy your visit.

Very relaxed and laid back, our agent came over once we got settled in to make sure all was OK. We went out with him one day as we requested, and for the remainder of the time we were on our own. We had been down in January for a few days and this was our second time dealing with him, good person to work with.

Thank you for all the info...it probably seems kind of strange to be thinking of taking an LSV after renting in TV five times, but as I posted previously, I like to do things backwards .

Besides I would like to see what it would be like to live right in LSL. My favorite rentals so far have been in Sabal Chase when I was close to LSL and Del Mar and Mira Mesa when I was close to SS.

Be sure to visit the Iowa Club again when you visit. It was good meeting you at the last one you attended!

Will try to visit the Iowa Club in October. A very nice bunch of people! I sent an e-mail to the Chicagoland club before I visited The Villages in May to find out when (or if) they were meeting in May but I never got an answer to my e-mail.

Had an LSV 6/1 - 6/8.

Our sales rep (Jason Kranz) left our agenda up to us.

We had spoken several times before our visit so he knew basically what we were looking for.

No pressure, no demands that we "go look, etc."

Coming up for closing on 7/17 !!!!
