I don't think you're allowed to have a pony here. Plus it wouldn't be very polite at the dining room table.

As long as you don't allow your pony to poop on other's lawns, it should be OK. Should probably get a CYV.

We have a buffet that fits in between the two windows and a table that seats 6 ,70x40 (inches) and have two bar stools. We still have room to get out to the lanai.

Default we have a craftsman-style

set, 90"x44" with the large leaf inserted and the chairs are large...didn't know if it would fit before we moved in....but it does. For everyday use, we don't have the 24" leaf in, and we generally have 4 of the chairs around the table, but we've had 8 people at that table a number of times for larger gatherings....right now, we do not have stools at the bar, but we're thinking about it, but they will not have backs, so as not to be "too much" - we have plenty of room to get to the lanai. A friend of mine also has a Seabreeze and they went with a high top table that becomes a large square when leaf is in and they swing the bar stools around at the table (they match the other chairs)...she got the set at Southern Lifestyles and they have plenty of room also. Have fun with it....we love our Seabreeze.
