Default Room additions

Village of Hadley. If enclosing and increasing the size of a lanai, how much space is needed between the addition and the neighboring site?

Look at the site map of you lot. You will see where the set-back lines are.

5 feet to the side and 10 feet to the back and 20 feet to any street is the normal setback. Easements and other possible restrictions could cause that to vary.

Make sure you get your plans approved before you spend a dime or build anything
