I hope the owners find Lil Lotta. Many years ago (18) when we had our first golden chipped, the registration was included with the cost of installing the chip, and free forever after. With the second one (5 yrs old) we learned there is a yearly fee for keeping the chip registered.

Lil Lotta probably should have her chip registration kept up to date since it appears she's a commuter dog.

Guy was ment to get his dog back. I mean I can understand being angry at an ex but giving his dog away.

I've heard of clothes being thrown out on the front lawn, but giving someone's dog away takes it to a whole new level of 'breakup revenge'.

Both our dogs have a collar with a tag that reads "$500 Reward" on one side and our telephone number on the other side. It was an idea I got from a fellow pet lover at Doggie Doo Run Run. We also have rabies tags, microchips, etc., for both dogs. But I thought it was a real eye catcher to offer a reward.
