Default Santa Is Here, Incognito

Saw him with my own eyes, on Bonita Pass - He was drinking a Non Alcholic "cocktail"

Default My letter to Santa

Dear Santa in The Villages, I have been a very good lady this year. I have gone to work every day, I have not used one mental health day yet this year. I have scooped my new kitty's litter box just about every day. I try to drive within 5 miles of the speed limit. Please let me buy a house in The Villages in the next few years. How do the reindeer like The Villages? Say hello to Mrs. Claus for me.

Your friend,
Laura A/K/A Schaumburger

Dear Schaumburger, so sorry to have to disappoint you, but "Santa" only allowed me to capture his image if I agreed to keep his location a secret. His reindeer are enjoying their vacation somewhere near the Polo ground's stables, and Mrs. Claus has planned trips to Hobby Lobby, Sumter Landing's stores, and Mount Dora.

But I would look for Santa at, say, Toojays, where the deli sandwiches are HUGE. I mean, Mrs. Santa's on vacation too, and they have to eat, don't they?

Dear Santa, I would like some granite countertops. I left mine in Michigan.

Oh, and I've been at least as good as Schaumburger. (picking up dog poop, not allowing dog on others' lawns, and the like...)

Oh my goodness, I really must get Santa's Elves here where I will do my very best to introduce them to TOTV. They can read and sort Santa's mail. While I am sure MOST people have been good, I do seem to remember some naughty golf cart drivers......

Maybe he is here for the "Christmas in July" Cruise-In coming up on Saturday. Bring a new unwrapped toy and enjoy a performance by the Silver Rockettes and the classic cars!

Thanks, Kitty. The kitty in my avatar is Molly, the senior kitty I adopted in June. And I am counting the days until my next visit in October.
