Default How long to build?

I have searched and cannot find an answer. How long does it take to build a designer. I know they crank them out fast but how fast? From the day you settle on a plan to moving in?

From the day you sign the contract, after having met with the designer, it is 80 days. They have experienced teams that plan well and just do it. I think one secret is the use of spec home. The teams stay busy and retain the experience.
If you are thinking of building, better act fast; soon they are going all spec.
We found it advantageous to build because you only pay for what you want. On the other hand, we believe that they stopped giving discounts for building in July. Good luck!

80 days.
Your House will probably be finished earlier but settlements can get backed up. "crank" them out is probably bad term, they are extremely well organized, plan well, and have long-term trained and experienced crews.

It took 63 days to build our Iris last year. I was told at our design meeting that TV never goes beyond the closing date you are given when you get your floor plans. They said TV has to pay you every day the home isn't done beyond that date and it never happens. I will say they have the bulding process down to a science.
