Smile Orange Blossom Hills pool

Does anyone know why there is an extra fee to use OBH pool? And I heard its the only CC pool that has the extra fee, is that true or false? Also I read here that the restaurant may re-open.

All country club pools have an added fee, usually through your priority membership package.

Here's a link to the fees. Hit Golf, then Championship Golf, then Membership Enhancements, then list of enhancements.
