Default Villa medical

What has happened at Villa Medical? We were there a few years ago and there were two offices and numerous docs. Went there recently and found only a few docs and long wait times.

As a long-time patient of Dr. Villa, I must caution that what I am about to tell you is purely speculation, but I am personally convinced that it is the case!

Dr. Villa is a good physician. She is an ambitious but far less successful business person!

Her facility at Southern Trace was golf-cart accessible for me, but she invested far more than she probably should have in its amenities. And, the space she commanded was mighty expensive!

Eventually, the bottom line must have dictated that she consolidate her offices, and, that she reduce, to some extent, the services she might offer at each place.

Even some of the ancillary benefits offered at her Buenos Aires Avenue facility have been recently reduced.

Dr. Villa has been both my primary care physician and my pulmonary physician for many years. In both fields, I am happy with what she gives me. That said, however, I do keep a sharp eye out for the future!
