Default Heartwarming lost cat story

My daughter in New Jersey has a pretty yellow cat name Snitz (don't ask), much loved by her two little girls. Snits went missing for 10 days. In her back yard, she happened to glance at the neighbors' garage and thought she saw something moving in the garage attic window. She went closer and heard mewing. The neighbor let her in the garage, where the mewing was louder. Yes, neighbor said, husband had noticed cat footprints on the car.
And sure enough, there was Snitz, hiding behind a stack of plywood and none the worse for wear.
Lost cats sometimes do get trapped in their hiding places.

That has been a problem in TV. People leave their garage doors open during the day and the cat sneaks in and hides when door is closed. When a cat goes missing I alway advise the owner to check neighbors' garages.
