ARe we able to put golf cart tires and rim for garbage pickup?

Put'em out there. If they take them then the answer is YES. If they don't then the answer is NO. I'm told they take almost anything, including old TV's, if they take them and dispose of then responsibly, which they do, then.....

Tires are one of the few things they won't take, as well as paint and oil. I believe Wal-Mart will take the tires for a small fee.

I put them out and after the garbage trucks came by I took them back in.

So the answer is NO.

I actually put them out the day before just in case someone driving by would take them. No luck there either.

One of these days I will make a trip to the dump and get rid of them.

I pretty sure if you take them to any tire store they will dispose of them for you. Just a guess. Try the one at Colony.

Default Tire disposal

There is a tire shredding company in Wildwood. They convert the tires to rubber mulch. Two years ago they took my golf cart tires, rims and all for $1.00 each. I think they are still there. I don't know the address but it is near the Russel Stovers outlet.
