You can check with Villages Utilities (352) 753-4508 for water, garbage collection

For electrical call SECO (352) 793-3801 they need a few days advanced notice. If there is someone occupying now and SECO is the provider, they should not need to have to reconnect, all that may be needed is a meter reading. SECO will let you know if they were ones serving that address.

If a pre-owned property best check to see who the previous service providers were, for phone, TV and Internet. They want to know usually at least a week or sometimes more ahead of your occupancy date
