The only issue that I would have on a lifted cart would be for clearance on some of the tunnels in the Spanish Springs area. One place that comes to mind was the tunnel going under BV Blvd near Hawkes Bay. I have a 4 passenger EZGO RXV and the top scraped the tunnel when I went thru. I now straddle both lanes if possible and make my turns very wide.

Any lift will also raise the center of gravity. May want to watch your speed around sharp corners. Golf carts have been known to tip over.
