Default Comcast Reactivation

I am returning to the Villages after a summer away. I am on seasonal status with Comcast and I have not been able to set up reactivation to a normal status as yet. I think I have tried every Comcast number known to man but to no avail. Has anyone got the secret on how to accomplish this task??

Are there any people working at this company or are they totally reliant on robots??

Help !!

Last November the VP of operations published her e-mail and phone # in the POA bulletin. She said to write/call with any problems - I did and got a quick resolution.

e-mail: Debbie_Brainard@cable.comcast.net 904.256.1800

I think the # I used was 1-800-934-6489...(Infinity)
We were just crossing over the Florida border when I called. The service was on when I arrived!

Never tried the number - sent e-mail and got back a response within 10 minutes that said "Fixed - try it now". And it did. Sent back a reply saying thanks. Problem solved in 10 minutes that had taken the better part of 1 day prior to that.

Tried the e-mail myself and NO it does not work any longer. Probably got too many direct help problems.

Sorry about that.

I tried her number the other day and got a recording. Left a message and someone from the office on 441 near McDonald's called me back. All happened within 45 minutes. Problem was solved.

It took them four visits to get our service right and they kept trying to charge us the 39 dollar service charge for each visit to fix their mistake. Between my wife and me we were hung up on by customer service at least tem times for no reason, they just hung up
