you should be able to check the Alliance Health System web site for various RN positions at The Villages and Leesburg. PROMISE is a new LTAC (where I work) and since it's new, various positions open up until people find their niche (hint). There's also several hospices and home cares. Also, in the very near future, there will be several new assisted living facilities opening. I think they are under the Brookstone?, Brookdale?, Brookside? Corporation. Good luck and welcome!

If you're only looking for part time work I would also check out the two hospitals in Ocala-Munroe and Ocala Regional as they tend to pay more than places in Sumter County. I'm a dietitian working for a consulting company outside Orlando and when interviewed the pay rate was quite a bit lower here.
