That's great Kitty!! I know the satisfaction you can get when it all comes together and it works! I set up a router last week and it worked too!

I hope your HP setup works better than mine does. If I leave the printer for a few days (out of town or whatever) I have to totally reset it. Pain in the a**.

thanks, JB, I'm on my second HP, and haven't had that problem. I got a 7520...
your printer misses you when you're gone.

There's nothing like sitting on your butt on the lanai and pressing "print" on your laptop and hearing the printer go off in the den.

And yes, I get adequate exercise in other ways!

Not sure if you are leaving it on or turning it off. I'd had more luck leaving mine on all the time.

I never turn it off. Nevertheless it loses its WiFi connection after a few days

I'm with jblum315. I have a HP wireless printer and I hate it! Have spoken to others that also have one and they are not happy with theirs either. I would never buy one again! Print out a page everyday Kitty and perhaps that will help you to eliminate that problems for you - even if the printed page only has one letter on it to save on your ink! I am going to try that if I get mine back up and running again. I just can't say enough bad things about it.

Our HP wireless printer does just fine. We only use it once in a while, but it always prints when we send it a print job. Model: OfficeJet 6700...we've only had it about 6 months or so.
