Do any of the facilities have saunas? If so, where are they?

There's a sauna at MVP Club in Spanish Springs.

I'm guessing you will only find a Sauna at a Fitness club. If you mean Hot Tub/Spa, I heard there is only one, somewhere up in the North section. Maybe, someone will chime in on where it is located.

The Goga studio just off 466, near Bargains and Treasures has an infrared sauna. You go in fully dressed. You don't really sweat.
