Question No Notifications Anymore

I always got an e-mail notification when a post was put on a thread that I had posted on. I no longer get that. I checked my settings to make sure the instant notification box was checked and it is.
Is it just me or is anyone else having that issue ?

No, you are NOT alone. I've noticed the same exact thing.
I'm computer literate and I have the proper boxes checked as well.
They just stopped arriving..........all settings are as they should be.
This is not new.....but has been going on all summer........

I did buy a new computer.

It could be that TOTV is set up for older computer systems??

I've had this computer for 2 years. I stopped getting notifications almost 2 months ago.

My notifications appear to be timely.

OK, I see I'm not the only one with the problem.
Wonder if this is a TOTV issue, or my ISP Centurylink?...

When I stopped receiving notifications approximately 2 months ago, I emailed the TOTV Admin. Never received a response. I just assumed they'd found a way to reduce server activity and stress on the system. A response would have been appreciated but they're certainly not obligated to do so.

Default No e-mail sent to me from TOTV when I receive a PM

A few weeks ago, I stopped receiving e-mail notifications when someone sends me a PM.

I just checked my setup, and I should be receiving an e-mail when someone sends me a PM as that box has a check mark in it.

The forum can send a message to your email address to inform you when someone sends you a private message.
Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages

This is not a huge issue, but it was nice to get those e-mail notifications. I will send an e-mail to the admin to see if something changed, or if this can be fixed.

Thanks for your doing that........it seems many of us miss the email notifications. They would be received not only for private messages but for "new" postings to subscribed threads.

Good Luck !

p.s.
Last but not least, happy belated birthday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you enjoyed your special day.

We celebrate four other October birthdays..... !

Anyone who is having this issue, please 'log out' of your TOTV account. You can do this by clicking on the 'Log Out' icon in the navigation menu at the top of the page to the far right. We recommend clearing your cookies and cache of your device. Then log back in. We just tested and everything functioned correctly. This should take care of this issue for you. If not feel free to let us know.

Regards,

Regards,
I did all of that before my original post. Logged off, cleared all history, re-booted my computer and still no notifications.
