Default Hacienda german night

The the wife and I had a wonderful dinner and great service on GERMAN NIGHT .
The waiter was very attentive and service was prompt.
My wife is a picky eater and loved the food.

We loved it too. The sauerbraten was perfect - reminded me of the Maennerchor in German Village in Columbus OH. Our friends belonged to the Maennerchor - a German club and often invited us to dine and dance with them there.

I play in the Villages German band. We practice every Monday from 12:30 to 2:30 at the Hibiscus Rec. Center on Bailey Trail. If you want you can come to the rehearsal and listen. We have others that come.

Der Sauerbraten meat was very good, best I have had in a restaurant here or in Bayern. But the sauce was a bit too vinegary. Also, need more sauce for the Spaetzle.

What is funny is the menu spells Wienerschnitzel als Viernerschnitzel.

It is at Hacienda Hills Country Club. Call the club to find out which night.

Their food is excellent!

Been there three times now, and always have the Jaeger Schnitzel - the pork is tender and the mushroom gravy is perfect. Fair warning though, the noise level is always pretty high in the restaurant, so we prefer to eat outside when the weather cooperates.

Wife and I have been to German night several times and always loved it!

The other thing is they had a tent on some food vendors' day in Market Square and we had the best sausage and pepper hero we've ever had...not an ounce of fat!!
