Had them rip out old tile and put all new tile in my house. They also put crown molding, granite countertops and baseboards along with high dollar carpet in both bedrooms. Everything looked great when it was completed. A couple months after completion the grout started coming up in several places. They say grout is not under warranty and sold me a bag of grout for 15 bucks. I spent a ton of money with them. I would not do business with these rats again!

Very positive experience with them! Both the tile and carpet installed was very professional. The company's number one objective was to make sure you were a satisfied customer. They started and completed the flooring on time. What we were impressed by was a professional cleaning service was called in afterwards to clean the entire inside of our home!

If the grout started to come out , it was not properly mixed and they should have sent someone back to repair it.

Just for information in today's Daily Sun there was a flyer from Lowes advertising tile and prices per sq. foot to install. It ranged from 2.79 a sq ft for up to 200sqft,to 1.99 for more than 375sqft. You just have to buy the tile. They sell many national brands. They also use licensed contractors. It's worth going down to take a look.
