She uses it when we all have a new grandbaby.....and so on and so forth.

I had another good friend and neighbor who has since moved away to Saratoga Springs.......ditto, she used Mazel Tov all the time. They would invite us for Hannukkah/Chanukah parties and she'd make her mini potato pancakes.......yum.

Yes, Mazel Tov means good luck in Yiddish. When toasting, we usually say L'Chaim which means "to life".
